As the Parent Company of The Glowsonic (Glow Skin Tech Ltd) we are really proud of our products, and we hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item unused in its original condition and packaging and seal intact for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be communicated via email to email@example.com
However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened and with the seal unbroken within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us by replying to the email we would have sent to your confirming your order or complete our contact form including your name, the order number and reason for the return.
The cost of the return must be paid by you. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely, if an item is not packaged securely and arrives to us damaged, we cannot offer a refund. It must be in his original resalable condition with the seal unbroken. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Inside your package, please include your name and order number.
Customers will be required to cover the return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition. Once your order has arrived, please allow 1-3 business days for your return request to be processed.
We do not process exchanges. If you are looking to exchange your item, please submit a refund request for the current item and then place a new order for the item you want.
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed, automatically to your original method of payment.
Do you accept cancellations?
Can I cancel or edit my order once it has been placed?
We have a very fast turnaround of orders - this means we can't guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order, please get in touch with us via our contact form and use the subject ‘cancel’ and send us your order details as soon as possible.
We are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if there is a problem with your order before it has shipped. Once you receive your tracking number cancellations will no longer be accepted.
What happens if my item is broken or doesn't work?
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied! If your item arrived damaged, please fill contact us at email@example.com and we will be in touch within 1-2 business days to help facilitate a resolution.
